PUBLIC HOUSES
Cheddar has several pubs - The Riverside Inn and The Galleries in The Cliffs, The White Hart in Daghole, The King's Head and The Gardeners Arms in Silver Street and The Bath Arms in Bath Street, plus, the bar at Cheddar Football Club. The Cox's Mill is currently closed. A couple of these are mentioned as a "Lucky Dip" entry the Good Pub Guide and some are also mentioned in the printed and "phone-app-based" CAMRA Good Beer Guide.
In these challenging times for pubs, rather than try and keep up with hostelries' changing fortunes here, to get the latest information on Cheddar pubs, for details and reviews from the Good Pub Guide click here. To also find out which are the best and worst pubs see the pub ratings and reviews at Beer In The Evening.
